- Order Commitment & Responsibility
Once an order is placed, the customer assumes full responsibility for the total cost of the order. This includes all approved design work, production, and any associated materials or services.
- Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 30 days of order completion and customer notification. Orders are considered complete once the graphics are printed and ready for pickup, delivery, or installation (as applicable), and the customer has been notified via phone, email, or other agreed communication method.
- Late Payments
Payments not received within the 30-day window may be subject to late fees or interest charges, and future orders may require prepayment.
- Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, or another form of payment if discussed and agreed upon prior to the order being placed.
